Bronzeville Smooth Jazz Festival
CarrCARE was honored to participate in the Bronzeville Smooth Jazz Festival on August 2, 2024, bringing awareness to organ donation, blood drives, and global health equity. In partnership with Gift of Hope and Vitalant, we engaged the community through education, donor registration, and volunteer sign-ups for our 2025–2026 health initiatives. All summer 2025 donations will support our otoscope initiative in Lagos, Nigeria, while August 2025 contributions will fund CarrCARE’s full range of life-saving programs.

Pittsburgh’s rap artist Pr3mo of Small Circle Music Productions takes on a Chicago audience in a high-energy rap showcase, all while supporting CarrCARE Charity’s mission of health awareness, wellness, and community empowerment.
🎧 The night will be powered by none other than DJ Neno Brown from Cleveland, Ohio, bringing nonstop heat with every track.
Hosted in collaboration with Overflow Coffee this event promises fierce competition, raw creativity, and unforgettable fun.
💚 Support a Life-Saving Cause
Gift of Hope is a nonprofit dedicated to saving and enhancing lives through organ and tissue donation. CarrCARE proudly donates 10% of all event proceeds annually to support their mission—honoring CEO Alana N. Carr’s 30-year journey after receiving a liver, small bowel, and pancreas transplant.
🎵 Music has been Alana’s healing power and source of connection—join us in celebrating that power through education, community, and lyrical expression. Organ donation info and advocates will be on-site all evening.
